Supply Chain Director in transition in an agri-food factory

The dairy company based in Brittany in which Lilian, our Transition Manager, intervened, was encountering increasing difficulties in the context of a very strong growth activity.

The industrial site was encountering difficulties in production, organization and profitability. Management wanted to optimize stocks, outsource logistics services and build a more responsive organization. It therefore called on NIM Europe to select an interim manager capable of dealing with this situation.

Lilian, a very operational Transition Supply Chain Director, first carried out a complete audit of services, then had his action plan validated and then implemented.

He therefore optimized production to improve performance, restored confidence to the teams and guaranteed product quality.

Lilian, an experienced manager, also reassured the group’s management of the capabilities of this industrial tool by bringing it up to the brand’s standards. He improved performance measurement by implementing KPIs. He made relations between the Purchasing department and the Production department more fluid and peaceful.

At the end of its transition mission, responsibility for the service, whose operation has been streamlined and made profitable, was taken over by the team in place.
