We are in the position of being able to present quality candidates who are rapidly available, saving the client what can be a long waiting period until the traditional search process for the potential permanent candidate takes its course.

At a senior management level the distinction between an interim assignment and a permanent appointment are often purely semantic and relate more to bonus schemes and assignment length than to responsibilities or working conditions.

Certain Interim managers, for example in start-up or turnaround situations are prepared to consider longer assignments and it is sometimes possible to construct a short-list for a client from our pool of available managers who would be interested in subsequently staying with the same organisation on a permanent basis. We are also frequently contacted by highly qualified executives and Country Managers who whilst interested in Interim assignments are ultimately looking for a permanent position.
